Douglas (Doug) L. Bolejack
President
Doug has been in the construction industry for 39 years. He holds a Denver class "B" license and a Supervisors Certificate, as well as, a California class B license. Doug is highly experienced in new commercial and residential construction, ranging from tenant finish and custom homes to sub-divisions. His experience also includes land development, acquisition and design consulting. Doug is skilled in project management, contract negotiations, scheduling, permits and code compliance, as well as engineer and architect selection/administration. Doug's work has been published in Colorado Homes and Lifestyles, Country Living and Sunset Magazines.
Charles (Chuck) S. Micale
Vice President/Chief Operating Officer
Chuck has over 18 years of operational management experience. His areas of expertise include budget administration, investor relations, project development, and marketing, as well as strategic partnerships and customer service. While Vice President of an International retail chain he gained extensive experience in commercial real estate, site location, lease negotiation and construction supervision.
Linda Gregory
Controller
Linda has worked in the field of finance for 20 years. She has a bachelors degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant. Linda brings to C&D her considerable experience in management, budget and financial management/accounting in the business environment.
Rachel Bogel
Project Engineer
Rachel has an MBA and Masters Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management. She has worked as a construction project manager and holds a Colorado Residential Construction Supervisor Class C license. She also has a Colorado Real Estate Employing Broker license. She is an active member of the National and Colorado Association of Realtors and a member of the Aurora Board of Realtors.
Chris Connolly
Project Manager, Custom Division
Chris Connolly has been in construction for 22 years. His early years were spent gaining extensive hands on field experience, while working towards his degree in Construction Management. He has spent most of his recent years in commercial construction, supervising a variety of projects such as the Village at Flatirons Crossing, Hilltop Village, Supertarget, Foleys, the Chop House Restaurant, as well as historic restoration projects in Downtown Denver, as well several custom homes and multi-family projects.
Joshua Pollick
Assistant Site Supervisor
Joshua has 9 years in the construction/maintenance field. Joshua has worked
with multiple major hotel chains in the engineering department. He has
excellent troubleshooting and communication skills which he learned through
the maintenance workplace. He has spent the last 2 years working as an
assistant at C&D Builders, Inc., building custom homes and townhomes
throughout Colorado. Prior to working for C&D, he owned and
operated his own painting company.
