C&D also has the ability to support the client in the selection of professional services consultants, such architects and engineers, as well as administer their scopes of work.
In the Project Management role, C&D will oversee all phases of construction for the client. Beginning with the Pre-design Phase, Design Phase, Construction Procurement, Construction Phase, and finally the Project Close-out Phase. This allows the client to maintain all existing relationships with Contractors and Suppliers, as well as leverage the professional management and administration provided by C&D Management Inc.

C&D has a proven track record of working with all aspects of the home building process and assisting the homeowner throughout, from initial estimates, to lender budgets, as well as, administration of the Architect and Engineer. Our experience ranges over the years from quaint homes on downtown lots, to suburban ranches with acreage, to contemporary floor plans that push the limits of materials and design. C&D Management Inc. truly blends old word craftsmanship with turn of the century technology.





C&D has performed Design and Development services, as well as, General Contracting services for Planned Unit Developments (P.U.D.'s) as small as 3 dwelling units to as large as 200 homes. We have been involved in all facets of the land development, required approvals and permitting, and the construction of the homes.

C&D has background in both single-family residential and multi-family attached homes, and Duplexes. Our projects have ranged in construction cost from $250,000 to over $30 million for a single sub-division community.

At C&D we pride ourselves in our ability to add value to our homes and communities by maintaining an unwavering commitment to the details that set our projects apart in the market place. We also work diligently to maintain the integrity of the natural environment surrounding our site, preserving as much natural vegetation and open space as possible. An example of this creative dedication is our most recent project in Castle Rock at the Red hawk Golf Course. Here, we have achieved a 40% open space factor, with every home opening onto a pedestrian green belt, as provided for by a rear loaded two car attached garage.
